What to bring
About the instructor Megan Windeyer has been working in disabilities for the past 15 years & holds a certificate III in fitness. Megan is inspired by her participants enthusiasm & energy in the class….. “They just shine!”……..says Megan Class is postponed until further notice due to COVID-19. Classes are for approx 50 mins, including warm up & cool down |
