We want you to know that Active8 will take care of you. It’s a novel concept, I know, but imagine having someone actually show you how to use the equipment, and lay it out in an easy to use, personal program. Instead of leaving you to your own devices, your trainer will take responsibility for your progress, making subtle changes to ensure you keep motivated and on-track with your goals.

We know that our group fitness classes are popular – every centre has them, but can everyone do them? No one likes to feel like the new kid in school. Our toned down classes will allow you to experience the same results and motivation that regular class users have, with one subtle difference: they’re EASIER! These classes will have larger rest periods, allowing the instructor to connect with individuals to provide extra support and better technique instruction. Once you have conquered your demons, you will be able to try the full blown versions, pushing you on to new heights, but giving you the help with those first steps.

If you do have obstacles to your fitness, 99% of the time there is a way around them. We are happy to work in conjunction with medical practioners and affiliates to ensure you have the best service possible. If you wish to do classes, HeartMoves is ideal for anyone who has undergone a lifestyle change due to injury, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, hypertension, arthritis, and a myriad of other conditions. These Heart Foundation classes are ideal for those needing a “grease & oil change” or are new to exercise.


If you are an experienced exerciser, our group fitness classes are sure to push your limits, turning up the heat on your fitness and waistline. If group fitness is not your thing, our trainers will be able to maximise your previous training base and bring out your best. Changes to exercises, durations, intensity, repetitions and technique need to be frequent to keep your body adapting. The old adage “a rolling stone gathers no moss” is true of the body. Regular changes will keep that “mossy” growth from developing on the tum and hips!
