Disabilities Class

About the program

A low to moderate exercise program managed by a qualified instructor, suitable for anyone with a disability who can follow simple instruction. You can start gently in a friendly fun  atmosphere & exercise at your own pace.

Each class includes

  • Warm up, cool down & stretching
  • Aerobic & resistance training
  • Balance, co-ordination & flexibility

What to bring

  • Wear comfortable casual clothing
  • Well fitting, comfortable walking shoes.
  • Bring a water bottle & towel
  • Bring any medications you might need while exercising

About the instructor

Megan Windeyer has been working in disabilities for the past 15 years & holds a certificate III in fitness. Megan is inspired by her participants enthusiasm & energy in the class….. “They just shine!”……..says Megan

When are the classes?
Fridays at 12.00pm
Classes are for approx 55 mins,  including warm up & cool down

How much does it cost?
Disabilities Class costs $6.00 per  participant, per class, which is paid prior to class starting.
